Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall design and delivery of the Strategic Impact Evaluation, ensuring alignment with the Terms of Reference and evaluation criteria.
• Design and oversee the mixed-methods evaluation framework, including ROI and advocacy-influence analysis.
• Serve as primary point of contact with Program Secretariat and the funding agency.
• Lead the Inception Report, Draft Evaluation Report, and Final Evaluation Report.
• Supervise the technical team and quality-assure all deliverables prior to submission.
• Present findings to Program management and Mission leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in social sciences, public policy, international development, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience leading monitoring, evaluation, or applied research assignments.
• Demonstrated experience with donor-funded or public-diplomacy programs.
• Prior experience as team/evaluation lead on assignments of comparable scale.

Reports To: Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design quantitative and qualitative data-collection tools (surveys, KII/FGD guides).
• Design the sampling strategy across 14 program chapters and consulate districts.
• Lead data analysis, triangulation, and interpretation of findings.
• Contribute to the Alumni Segmentation Model and Advocacy Capacity Assessment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in statistics, social research, economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in baseline/impact evaluations for international donors.
• Strong command of mixed-methods evaluation design and statistical analysis.

Reports To: Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations, timelines, and budget tracking against the 9-month work plan.
• Coordinate the build of the interactive Power BI dashboard (chapter, gender, sector, consulate, and program filters).
• Maintain the MIS for tracking of the 16 RFP deliverables and milestones.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for the Program.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in project management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience managing M&E or data-systems projects.
• Proven experience building Power BI or equivalent dashboards.

Reports To: Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data-quality assurance protocols across data collection, entry, and analysis.
• Review budget utilization and financial reporting against contractual milestones.
• Conduct periodic quality audits of field data and draft deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years’ experience in financial/management consultancy or development-sector oversight.
• Demonstrated experience with donor financial-reporting and QA requirements.

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate enumerator and researcher teams across assigned program chapters.
• Schedule and manage logistics for KIIs, FGDs, and survey administration.
• Conduct field-level quality checks and troubleshoot logistical issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ field coordination experience on donor-funded surveys/evaluations.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.

Reports To: Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with the funding agency and Embassy focal points, Program Secretariat, chapter leadership, and private-sector partners.
• Develop and maintain the stakeholder matrix (influence–interest analysis).
• Support identification and validation of alumni-facilitated bilateral partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in donor liaison, partnership development, or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with diplomatic missions or public-diplomacy programs preferred.

Reports To: Senior Research & M&E Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze alumni public commentary, media appearances, and social-media content for tone, topic, and reach.
• Assess alumni effectiveness in explaining or defending Donor Policy positions.
• Contribute to case-study narratives on alumni advocacy and influence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in policy advocacy, media analysis, or coalition-building.
• Strong analytical writing skills; experience with content/media analysis methods.

Reports To: Senior Research & M&E Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, process, and analyze quantitative survey data (SPSS/Excel/R).
• Develop the cleaned dataset and codebook deliverable.
• Support cost-per-outcome and ROI analysis.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in statistics, economics, or data science.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with large-scale survey data analysis.

Reports To: Field Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct key informant interviews and focus group discussions with alumni, Mission staff, and stakeholders.
• Transcribe and organize qualitative data for coding and analysis.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting KIIs/FGDs for donor-funded research.
• Fluency in English and Urdu (regional language proficiency an asset).

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and test the interactive Power BI dashboard with required filters and metrics.
• Develop the dashboard user guide/manual.
• Support geographic/demographic data visualization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years’ experience developing Power BI or equivalent BI dashboards.
• Experience with GIS mapping tools is an asset.

Reports To: Field Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer structured surveys to Program alumni within assigned chapters.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and ethical data collection in line with informed-consent protocols.
• Report daily progress to the Field Coordinator.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior enumeration experience on donor-funded surveys preferred.
• Local language proficiency for assigned chapter/region.

Reports To: Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize the Draft and Final Evaluation Reports, executive summary, and infographics.
• Develop case-study write-ups and social-media-ready content.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and evidence-based framing across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience writing evaluation/research reports for donor audiences.
• Excellent written English; experience producing decision-maker-facing summaries and infographics.
